The Toffees offered their available role to former Chelsea and England
international midfielder Frank Lampard as the manager.
The 43 year-old without a job for a year after getting fired as Chelsea
manager in January last year, leaving Chelsea after one and a half year
took charge.
Despite having discuss with Vitor Pereira and Duncan Ferguson about
taking charge of Everton, but the club decided to choose Lampard in stead.
After getting the victory just only one of the last 13 matches for the Toffees,
Everton sacked Rafael Benitez.
The former Liverpool manager managed Everton for nearly six months
and led them down to 16 place in the Premier League table, just six points
ahead of the bottom.
Lampard will be appointed as the Toffees manager in the next several days
when they will take on Brentford in the FA Cup on 5 February.
